- Your PAULVICE jewelry is warranted by PAULVICE for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase, in condition to the products that are purchased directly from the authorized PAULVICE retailers and website.
- Warranty requires a copy of the receipt or the official warranty document for proof of purchase. If not provided, the warranty service may get denied or the service will come with a fee.
- Any damage resulting from accidental damage or customer negligence after 7 days of your purchase, a fee will be charged in repair service regardless of this warranty. If there are any defects to your product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of your purchase.
